About us:

Solaris Diagnostics is a fast-growing clinical laboratory committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients. We’re expanding our mobile team and looking for skilled professionals who are ready to make a difference every day

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, skilled Mobile Phlebotomist, who is confident with difficult blood draws and can provide excellent care in a fast-paced, early morning mobile setting. This is a full time position and is an early morning start.

What You’ll Do:

· Travel a daily route to different nursing facilities
· Perform venipuncture and collect specimens for lab transport
· Maintain clear and accurate documentation
· Follow all safety, infection control, HIPAA and company protocols
· Works cooperatively with all Solaris departments
· Must be able to work under minimal supervision
· Complete time sheets, mileage logs and other records accurately
· Must maintain a good driving record
· Must have a reliable vehicle that can meet daily driving requirements
· Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

What We’re Looking For:

· Minimum of two years phlebotomy experience (Mobile phlebotomy is a plus)
· Reliable vehicle, car insurance and driver’s license.
· Smartphone for communication and routing
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Professionalism, punctuality and a patient-focused mindset
