Job Description
Title: IOS Developer Location: Richmond, VA
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Applicants must be able to work directly on W2.
- At least 4 years of experience in software engineering.
- 5 years of experience building iOS applications.
- At least 3 years of experience with Swift.
- Prior experience with the relevant industry is a must for this position.
- Education Level – Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science is mandatory.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Master’s Degree.
- 4 years of experience with Swift.
- 4 years of experience in open source frameworks.
- 2 years of experience with Agile practices.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Develop iOS client code solutions that deliver on Product Strategy and adhere to established engineering best practices, design guidelines, and principles.
- Partner with Software Engineers, UX/UI, Quality Engineers, Product Owners/Analysts to deliver high-performing quality customer experiences.
- Actively participate in all team agile ceremonies, ensuring all team commitments are delivered on time and of the highest quality.
- Mentor junior to mid-level members of the team.
- Own and lead delivery of major components and platform needs in collaboration with senior engineers and Architects.
- Identify technical obstacles early and work closely with the team to find creative solutions.
