P&C IT Services provides professional services to help our business units and corporate functions use technology to create, manage, and optimize information and business processes. IT Services can include a wide range of activities such as: software development, data management, Cloud services, IT security, network security, technical support, establishing and overseeing access rights, procuring and maintaining equipment or software, managing the infrastructure, and defining security procedures, The overall goal of IT Services is to provide technology solutions that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and give our company a competitive advantage over our competitors.

Our Mobile Wireless team is looking for a 2026 year-round intern to work a hybrid schedule (3 days a week in the office, 2 days remote) out of the Cincinnati office.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Customer Care Mobile device support team troubleshooting end user mobile device issues, assisting customers with upgrades and new device configurations, and fielding general questions around the mobile space.

• Assist with device configurations for end users. Troubleshoot hardware or application issues for company supported devices and apps.

Requirements:

• Customer service oriented, well versed with iOS devices and interested in mobile technology.

• Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or Business.

• Graduating in 2028.
