My name is Caroline and I am a Healthcare Recruiter who is here to help you find your next position!

I have a great client actively hiring a permanent Mobile X-Ray Tech in Des Plaines, IL. Here is more information:

The company:

Mobile imaging company providing services to nursing homes, health care facilities, etc.
Perfect mix of autonomy and teamwork

Responsibilities:

Perform and process X Rays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment and submit/transmit them to a Radiologist for interpretation.
Transport and unload portable X Ray equipment from company-provided vehicle and take into facilities to perform exams ordered by the physician.
Obtain clinically diagnostic, technically competent x ray images.
Perform EKGs (as needed) and transmit them to a Cardiologist for interpretation.
Scan exam related paperwork/billing documents on a daily basis per protocol.
Communicate regularly, efficiently, and professionally with peers, management, dispatch department, and clients.

Compensation info: Shift differentials may be available for evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
