  • Hands‑on experience with requirements decomposition, requirements management, and traceability (e.g., DOORS)
  • Experience supporting requirement verification through test, analysis, inspection, or demonstration
  • Ability to plan work independently, collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, and engage with customers or stakeholders
  • Ability to work on-site in an office environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with requirement verification methods such as test execution or analysis
  • Familiarity with complex ground-based defense systems
  • Demonstrated ability in independent planning, organization, and working across functional teams
  • Understanding of the Systems Engineering V‑Model
  • Exposure to MBSE tools and practices
  • Experience with Agile development approaches
  • INCOSE or Systems Engineering certification.

Work Conditions:

  • Work Model: On-site
  • Travel: Minimal
  • Work Hours: Standard
