Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management.Lead and mentor a team of operations staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate with other departments to align operational goals with business objectives.Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Mandatory Skills:Strong knowledge and experience with Infor M3.Proven track record in operations management. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills:Experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).Familiarity with ERP systems beyond Infor M3.Project management experience. Understanding of supply chain management principles.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.5 7 years of experience in operations management, with a focus on Infor M3.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
