Job Description

Our client, a worldleader in biotechnology and gene therapy, is looking for a MolecularBiology - Associate in Pleasanton, CA.

Job Duration: LongTerm Contract (Possibility Of Extension)

Pay Rate : $43/hr on W2

Company Benefits: Medical, PaidSick leave, 401K

Seeking a MolecularBiology Associate to support laboratory research through molecular biologyexperiments and assay execution. The ideal candidate will have hands-onexperience with digital droplet PCR (ddPCR), strong laboratory skills, and theability to troubleshoot experiments while working in a collaborative researchenvironment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform molecular biology experiments using established laboratory protocols.
Conduct and optimize digital droplet PCR (ddPCR) assays for nucleic acid analysis.
Work with amino acid-related experiments and biomolecular analyses.
Accurately document, analyze, and summarize experimental results.
Troubleshoot experimental issues, communicate failures and lessons learned, and recommend solutions.
Ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely execution of laboratory work.
Present findings and collaborate with supervisors and cross-functional research teams.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences,Chemistry, or a related discipline.
Hands-on experience with digital droplet PCR (ddPCR) (required).
Experience performing molecular biology laboratory techniques and data analysis.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively in a team environment
