Looking for steady hours, extra shifts, or your next permanent position? WSi Healthcare is hiring CNAs and CNAs with Med Aide certification for healthcare opportunities throughout Montana. We’re a healthcare staffing agency connecting local caregivers with opportunities in long-term care, skilled nursing, and smaller community healthcare facilities.
Whether you want a full-time schedule, part-time hours, PRN flexibility, a temp-to-perm opportunity, or a direct-hire position, we want to hear what works for you.

- $20–$25/hour, depending on experience and assignment

What You’ll Be DoingThese are hands-on patient and resident care positions. Depending on the facility and assignment, your responsibilities may include:
- Providing bedside care and assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Taking and recording vital signsAssisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
- Helping patients and residents with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation
- Assisting with meals, hydration, and feeding when needed
- Answering call lights and responding to patient or resident needs
- Observing changes in condition and reporting concerns to the nurse
- Supporting nurses and other members of the healthcare team
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment
- Documenting care according to facility procedures
- Providing respectful, compassionate care to patients and residents
If you also hold an active Med Aide certification, medication-related responsibilities may be available depending on the facility, assignment, and scope of practice.
Local Montana Candidates
- These are local opportunities and are not travel contracts.
- Travel stipends, housing, and relocation assistance are not available.
