Job Description
All Care Services, LLC is hiring a full-time Morning Facility and Property Maintenance Technician in Kansas City, KS!

Pay: Starting pay: $18.75/hr + $3.00/hr weekend differential. With weekend work and the possibility of overtime (3–5 hours/week), many team members earn more than the base rate; average total hourly pay across the team has been up to $21.99/hr. (Overtime is not guaranteed, and actual earnings vary by schedule.)
Schedule: Full-time, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, five days on and two days off
Benefits: Health, dental, vision, and life insurance, PTO, holiday pay, 401(k), 529 savings plan, $500 retention bonus, and employee of the month recognition
What You'll Tackle As A Morning Facility and Property Maintenance Technician:
- Operate sweeper vehicles to keep streets, parking lots, and facilities clean
- Perform property walkthroughs and remove debris or hazards
- Assist with general groundskeeping and light facility maintenance
- Support safety and cleanliness standards across properties
- Provide reliable, quality service that keeps communities looking their best
What You Bring As A Morning Facility and Property Maintenance Technician:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
- Background in manual labor, delivery driving, or maintenance/landscaping (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
