Our facility features three distinct shooting ranges, full service restaurant, large retail space, traditional as well as functional fitness, mixed martial arts dojo, spin studio, group fitness, spa services, child activity center and a host of amenities to provide an exceptional experience.Employment at XCAL comes with an XCAL membership, flexible hours, employee lockers rooms, and discounts on products and services.Position SummaryThe Facility Operations Team Member ensures cleanliness of the facility while delivering great customer service. To do so, they are responsible for ensuring the club space is stocked with supplies, clean, and is up to XCAL's standards of presentation. Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesMaintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly.Cleans and organizes equipment in main workout space, indoor/outdoor group fitness rooms, spin studio, and power lifting room.Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the club budget.Responds to member inquiries regarding XCAL products, services, policies and procedures.Position RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDAbility to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs.Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time
