Mortgage Advisor (Home Loan Sales)

This is a highly visible, customer-facing role where you will play a critical part in our customers' homeownership journey and contribute directly to the success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Overview:

• Provide end-to-end financial advisory support for customers seeking KPR and other home financing solutions

• Analyze customer financial profiles (income, liabilities, affordability) to recommend optimal financing structures

• Prepare and present financing proposals, comparisons, and pitch decks for customers and partners

• Act as a key point of contact during the financing process, coordinating with banks, underwriters, and internal teams

• Support sales teams by ensuring financing readiness and smooth loan processing

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, applications, and outcomes in CRM systems and tracking tools

• Ensure all activities comply with current mortgage policies, consumer lending regulations, and internal guidelines

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 3 years experience in consumer lending, home loans or mortgage advisory roles within a financial institution

• Sales, Client Acquisition and Account Management experience is preferred.

• Solid understanding of mortgage products, credit assessment, and lending policies

• Strong knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to home financing

• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

• Ability to manage a high volume of client inquiries while providing clear, accurate financing guidance
