Job Title: Adverse Action Compliance Analyst

Village Capital is a well-established mortgage company committed to delivering a quick, efficient, and quality mortgage loan process to our customers and business partners. We are a nationwide mortgage lender specializing in FHA, VA, USDA Loans. Our Headquarters are located in Henderson NV. We are a lender/servicer, who works with loan originators, brokers, and correspondents to offer our customers great rates and good terms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzes adverse action data for policy and legal compliance
- Meets established timelines and deadlines for ECOA Regulation
- Coordinate with various departments to streamline adverse action policies
- Processes and prepare all outgoing mail for each business day
- Consistently meet productivity and quality standards while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Basic Qualifications:
- Proven experience with problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Windows and Encompass (Encompass preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Specific Qualifications:
- Understanding of ECOA Compliance Regulations.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to process and review high volumes of data, ensuring complete accuracy across various fields
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in computer skills and typing.
