Job Description
Associate –Data Analyst / Data ScientistMortgage Financing & Structuring
The Residential Mortgage Finance Team sits within the Fixed Income Division and is responsible for providing structured financing solutions secured by U.S. residential mortgage collateral. The team works closely with originators, aggregators, servicers, and institutional investors to design, price, and execute complex financing facilities and securitization transactions.We are seeking an Analyst or Associate level Data Analyst / Data Scientist with a strong technical background and a clear interest in learning RMBS structuring and structured finance. This role is designed as a technical entry point into the structuring function, offering direct exposure to transaction mechanics, collateral analysis, and deal execution, with a long-term pathway into a full structuring or banking role.This is a hands-on, analytical position intended for Data professional who is comfortable owning complex datasets, building scalable analytics, and partnering closely with structurers and bankers on live transactions.

The expected base salary ranges from $110,000- $150,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
