What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator
- Proven ability to generate business and close loans
- Strong relationship-building and customer engagement skills
- Self-starter with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with portfolio development, servicing, and collections
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities
- Originate and close real estate and consumer loans
- Proactively develop new business channels and referral sources
- Build and manage a high-quality loan portfolio
- Service and collect loans professionally and consistently
- Deliver exceptional customer experience throughout the loan lifecycle
Skills & Technical Tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe
- Ability to learn loan origination and servicing platforms quickly
- Strong organization and pipeline management skills
- Results-driven with a collaborative team approach
