MORTGAGE LOAN OFFICER I

Solicits and develops a wide variety of residential mortgage loans. Spends a significant amount of time on outside sales activities to cultivate referral networks, meet with prospective borrowers and conduct sales presentations. Works with realtors and other mortgage referral sources. Primarily deals with direct, single family loans which includes mortgage, home equity loans, etc.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Three to five years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience. Experience with FHA, VA, Fannie Mae, construction loans, bridge loans and reverse mortgage loans.

HOURS

Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
