About Us:
Village Capital & Investment LLC is a growing mortgage company headquartered in Henderson, NV. We're looking for licensed, experienced Loan Officers who are driven, goal-oriented, and passionate about helping borrowers refinance with confidence.
We specialize in VA and FHA cash-out refinance loans and provide exclusive warm leads from our servicing portfolio of 70,000+ loans. Our dedicated outbound dialing team and marketing engine bring the clients to you-so you can focus on what you do best: closing loans.
What You'll Do:
- Handle inbound transfers and outbound calls to guide borrowers through the refinance process
- Build quick rapport and transition leads to full loan applications
- Clearly explain VA, FHA, and conventional refinance benefits
- Manage 30-120 daily calls/emails/texts using pre-scripted communication
- Collaborate with operations to ensure fast, accurate closings
- Maintain compliance and professional conduct throughout the process
What We're Looking For:
- Active NMLS license (or ability to obtain)
- 1+ year of inside sales or call center experience preferred
- Experience with VA, FHA, USDA, and Conventional loans
- Comfortable working with CRMs, Google Suite, and loan origination systems (Encompass preferred)
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must pass a criminal and credit background check
