Mortgage Loan Partner – Detroit, MI (Onsite in Troy, Michigan)Full TimeEntry LevelAbout the Role:We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Mortgage Loan Partner / Loan Officer Assistant / Mortgage Processor Assistant to join our growing mortgage team serving the Detroit and Metro Detroit housing market.In this role, the Mortgage Loan Partner will be responsible for managing client communication, organizing loan documentation, and guiding borrowers through the residential mortgage process from application to closing. You’ll play a key role in ensuring each client experiences a smooth, transparent, and personalized home financing journey.This is an in-person position based in our Troy, Michigan office, supporting mortgage originations throughout Detroit, Wayne County, and surrounding communities.This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to grow into a Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) career path. Compensation & Growth Opportunity:

Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist Detroit-area borrowers with inquiries, follow-ups, and loan status updates
  • Collect, review, and organize mortgage loan documentation (income, assets, credit, disclosures) to ensure files are complete and compliant
  • Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
  • Communicate clear updates and guidance to help clients feel informed and confident throughout the home loan process
  • Support Loan Officers and upper management with pipeline organization and workflow management
  • Maintain compliance with mortgage lending guidelines and company standards
  • Assist in managing a high-volume residential mortgage pipeline
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Comfortable working in a sales-driven, production-focused mortgage environment
  • Confident with phone-based communication and customer interaction
  • Interest in mortgage lending, real estate, banking, or financial services
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Reliable transportation to our Troy, MI office
  • Ability to work onsite in Troy, Michigan
