Base Salary plus unlimited commission, Annual Range: $48,000 - $250,000. Starting Salary $48,000

LendSure Mortgage Corp. is seeking Mortgage Banking Management Trainees to work at our locations in San Diego, Atlanta, Utah and Rhode Island in June 2026. The first six (6) months of training will take place in the San Diego or Atlanta office.

Program Objectives Include:

• The objective of the program is to train and develop a college graduate for a career in the mortgage banking industry.
• The applicant will learn many aspects of the mortgage banking industry, including credit, underwriting, operations, and sales, throughout their time in the program.
• It is intended that the person being trained become a leader in our Sales Management.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree is required,along with college-level work experience.
• Preferred: 3.50 GPA or higher.
• Experience in mortgage banking is not required.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook with acceptable keyboarding skills.
• Excellent verbal and written skills (including strong knowledge of spelling and grammar), organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and math skills.
• Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on providing exceptional customer service.
• Exhibited ability to work independently.
• Proficient organization skills, time management, and ability to prioritize.
• Aptitude to work in a fast-paced and liquid environment.
• Looking to have fun, grow with the organization, and bank substantial commission income each month.
