- Licensure/Certifications: Valid RN license, BLS/IV certification, IV start skills, labor & delivery (L&D) experience recommended
- Experience: Minimum 2 years postpartum experience required
- Pay rate: $52.61 per hour
- Pay package discussed upon application
- Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit

- Licensure, certification, travel and other reimbursements when applicable
- Provide comprehensive postpartum, mother-baby, and couplet care in a hospital setting
- Monitor vital signs and patient status following postpartum and L&D protocols
- Assist with newborn assessments and mother-baby bonding activities
- Educate new mothers on postpartum care and newborn care instructions
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation in Epic EMR
- Float to similar acuity units as needed to support staffing needs
- Current Ohio RN license or eligibility
- Minimum 2 years postpartum experience
- BLS/IV certification required; IV start skills and L&D experience preferred
- Strong clinical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- WMC Permit: $215/month Guaranteed parking in a visitor garage close to the hospital
- CXS Permit: $31.42/month Includes shuttle service, limited routes
- WB Permit: $15.67/month Affordable parking with frequent shuttle service
