- Provide high-quality postpartum and couplet care to new mothers and their babies
- Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care
- Administer medications and IVs, including IV starts
- Manage patient assessments and documentation in EPIC electronic health records
- Support mothers during the recovery and early bonding process
- Monitor vital signs and respond to patient needs during night shifts
- Ensure safety and comfort of postpartum patients and newborns
- Current Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 2 years postpartum nursing experience
- BLS certification; IV start skills required
- EPIC EMR experience preferred
- Strong clinical skills in postpartum, L&D, and IV management
- Ability to work night shifts reliably
- WMC Permit: $215/month Guaranteed parking in an OSUWMC visitor garage, closest and most reliable
- CXS Permit: $31.42/month Shuttle service every 15-30 minutes; multiple stops, near Jameson Crane Sports Medicine
- WB Permit: $15.67/month Affordable option with frequent shuttles, about 1.7 miles from the hospital
