Hours/Week: 36 hours/week
Employment Type: Contract (W-2)
Experience: Minimum 2 years postpartum nursing experience; IV start skills, labor & delivery experience, BLS/IV certification, EPIC experience preferred

What Youll Do:

Provide postpartum and couplet care to new mothers and their babies
Assist with labor, delivery, and recovery processes as needed
Monitor patient vital signs and administer medications
Educate patients on newborn care, breastfeeding, and postpartum recovery
Document patient care accurately in EPIC electronic health record system
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
Float to similar acuity units as needed during shifts

What You Need:

Valid Ohio RN license or appropriate state license
Minimum of 2 years postpartum nursing experience
BLS and IV certification
IV start skills and labor & delivery experience required
EPIC EHR experience preferred
Strong communication and compassionate patient care skills
