- 4+ years of professional exp in motion design and video editing
- Advanced Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premier skills
- Ability to use AI to create animations or at least have some experience with that
- Working knowledge of Cinema The Client and other 3D software

We re looking for a talented Motion Designer/Video Editor to join our team and bring visual stories to life for top pharma brands.
- We're seeking a highly skilled Motion Designer/Video Editor who is fluent in After Effects and Adobe Premiere. Familiarity with Cinema The Client is a strong plus. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, can work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and has experience creating compelling, high-quality content ideally in the healthcare/pharma space.
- Design and animate motion graphics for video content, digital campaigns, and social media.
- Edit video content from assembly to final delivery, maintaining brand and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with creative directors, copywriters, and account teams to ensure visuals align with strategy and storytelling goals.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Help conceptualize visual treatments and pitch new ideas for campaigns.
- Maintain and organize project files, assets, and templates.
- Stay current with industry trends, animation techniques, and new tools.
- 4+ years of professional experience in motion design and video editing (pharma experience preferred but not required).
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere.
- Working knowledge of Cinema The Client or other 3D software is a major plus.
- Strong sense of typography, design, timing, and storytelling.
- Ability to adapt to multiple brand styles and adhere to regulatory requirements.
- Comfortable taking feedback and making revisions quickly and accurately.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
