We leverage cutting-edge technologies to create scalable, secure, and user-friendly applications.As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a skilled Junior Motion GEOINT Analyst/ Motion GEOINT Analyst to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of transforming business processes through technology.This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and well-respected organization offering tremendous career growth potential.Job Title: Junior Motion GEOINT Analyst/Motion GEOINT AnalystLocation: McLean, VAOnsiteSalary: $75,000–$84,000/yearClearance: Active TS/SCI RequiredAbout the RoleWe are seeking a Junior Motion GEOINT Analyst/Motion GEOINT Analyst to support DoD and Intelligence Community missions through full-motion video exploitation, Motion GEOINT analysis, and imagery production in a 24/7 operational environment.Key Responsibilities

Perform full-motion video and Motion GEOINT exploitation.
Analyze multi-spectral, IR, SAR, hyperspectral, and LiDAR imagery.
Touch-type live exploitation comments with a minimum of 32 WPM and 90% accuracy.
Produce storyboards, vehicle follows, and 360-degree graphics.
Create NGA-standard imagery products, reports, and briefings.
Research and analyze current and historical imagery.
Support DoD/IC mission requirements and collaborate with intelligence and geospatial teams.

Required Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship and active TS/SCI clearance.
3+ years of post-schoolhouse intelligence analysis experience with military intelligence training OR a related bachelor's degree with military intelligence training.
Military intelligence MOS or equivalent background such as IMINT, All-Source, SIGINT, or HUMINT.
Ability to work 24/7 shift schedules in a high-tempo environment.
Ability to successfully complete required program training and screening.

Required Training

Selected candidates must successfully complete MITIL, Fundamentals & Program Orientation, and OJT.

Preferred Qualifications

Motion GEOINT or full-motion video exploitation experience.
Experience with NGA imagery products and standards.
Experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community operations.
Experience with SAP environments.
