Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Motorcycle Technician specializing in BMW and Ducati motorcycles to join our dynamic service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing high-performance motorcycles to manufacturer standards, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on BMW and Ducati motorcycles.
Use manufacturer-specific diagnostic tools (e.g., BMW ISTA, Ducati DDS) to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electronic issues.
Conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDI), routine servicing, and performance tuning.
Complete all repairs to the highest safety and quality standards, following BMW and Ducati factory procedures.
Accurately document all work completed and parts used.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Stay current with technical training and certifications provided by BMW Motorrad and Ducati.
Communicate effectively with the service advisor team and customers when necessary to explain technical issues and solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

2+ years of experience as a motorcycle technician (BMW or Ducati experience highly preferred).
Factory certification or willingness to obtain certification from BMW Motorrad and/or Ducati.
Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills.
Familiarity with CAN-bus systems, electronic suspension, ABS, and rider assist systems.
Ability to read and interpret service manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and safety.
Valid motorcycle license (M endorsement).
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
