Job Title: Group Fitness Coach (SHRED & Strength)Location: MOXI3 – Dana Point, CAEmployment Type: Part-Time
About MOXI3MOXI3 is a boutique fitness community delivering high-energy group training focused on strength, conditioning, and performance. We are opening our new Dana Point location and are hiring coaches for both SHRED (HIIT/conditioning) and Strength classes.
Responsibilities
- Lead structured, coach-led group fitness classes
- Provide clear instruction, demonstrations, and movement corrections
- Create a motivating, inclusive environment for all fitness levels
- Offer modifications and progressions as needed
- Build relationships with members to support retention and community
- Assist with class setup, breakdown, and studio cleanliness
Qualifications
- Strong communication and group coaching skills
- Experience coaching HIIT, functional fitness, or strength training preferred
- National certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, CSCS, etc.) preferred
- CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Availability for early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends
