MRI Tech Radiology / Cardiology

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in MRI imaging, including adult acute care, ICU, outpatient, ER/Trauma, and specialized procedures such as MRCP, MRA, MRV, and angiography.
• Proficiency with GE, Siemens MRI systems, and PACS image post-processing.
• Strong skills in contrast media administration, IV placement, and safety protocols, including PPE and isolation precautions.
• Certifications in BLS and ARRT (MR and R).
• Ability to float across units as needed and adapt quickly to changing schedules.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with advanced imaging techniques like perfusion, CINE, and multiplanar reconstruction.
• Familiarity with additional MRI procedures such as peripheral MRA, sternal, TMJ, and cervical imaging.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Certification in radiologic technology with at least 2 years of MRI-specific experience.
• Prior experience in a hospital setting, preferably with adult acute and critical care environments.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work night shifts (18:30 - 07:00) on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, with potential floating to other facilities.
• Willingness to participate in storm or disaster response teams during catastrophic events.
• Licensure, certifications, and travel reimbursements as applicable for travel assignments.
• Successful completion of hospital orientation and unit-specific training.
