We are seeking a dedicated MRI Tech to join our vibrant radiology department, providing high-quality imaging services for a diverse patient population. This is your opportunity to work with state-of-the-art Siemens MRI equipment in a 250-bed short-term acute care hospital, delivering essential scans for neuro, body, and MRA exams, among others.What You’ll Do:

• Operate Siemens Magnatom Aera MRI machines with expertise and precision.
• Perform scheduled MRI scans during night shifts (4x10-hour shifts: 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM).
• Collaborate with a top-tier healthcare team committed to patient safety and quality imaging.
• Float between units as needed and assist with various exam types, excluding Breast and Cardiac Studies.
• Contribute to a busy hospital environment, including emergency, inpatient, and outpatient care.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of MRI technologist experience.
• Current state license and applicable certifications: BLS, ARRT, ARMRIT.
• Proficiency with PACS systems and Siemens MRI equipment.
• Ability to work the night shift and participate in on-call rotations, including weekends and major holidays.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a patient-centered approach.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in a hospital outpatient setting.
• Knowledge of Cerner charting systems.
• Flexibility to discuss and accommodate block scheduling options.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Certification from ARRT or ARMRIT.
• At least one year of MRI experience, with new grads encouraged to apply.

• Willingness to float between units as needed.
• Ability to work within a 50-mile radius for local benefits.
• Commitment to working 2 out of 3 major holidays.
