Position Overview:
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is looking for a full-time MRI Technologist to join a Radiology Group to float to their Northern, NJ Imaging Offices located in Maplewood, Linden, Teaneck, & Elizabeth, NJ. This role requires an experienced professional with significant MR work experience, particularly with high-field magnets. This position qualifies for float differential pay and offers the opportunity to train in and perform remote MRI scanning.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MRI exams with accuracy and care using high-field magnets across multiple office locations
- Float between Northern, NJ Imaging Offices in Maplewood, Linden, Teaneck, & Elizabeth as needed
- Operate and maintain MRI imaging equipment according to established protocols on various equipment brands (GE, Phillips, Siemens)
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout all procedures, including screening for MRI safety contraindications
- Train in and perform remote MRI scanning as required
- Adhere to all department and facility safety protocols, especially when working in or near areas containing specialized imaging equipment
- Maintain required certifications and stay current with industry standards
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare team members as needed
- Utilize CT experience as a plus when applicable
- May be required to perform duties in or near areas containing specialized imaging equipment

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or MRI program
- Licensure: ARRT(MR) certification required
- Experience: 5 or more years of MR work experience required; high-field magnet experience is a must; GE high-field magnet experience preferred; Phillips and Siemens experience a plus; CT experience preferred
- Technical Skills:
- May be required to train in and perform remote MRI scanning.
- Will be required to perform duties in or near areas containing specialized imaging equipment and must be able to adhere to all department and facility safety protocols.
