MRI Technologist | Las Cruces, NM
Join a growing imaging team in beautiful Las Cruces, New Mexico! We’re seeking a motivated MRI Technologist to perform high-quality MRI procedures while delivering compassionate patient care in a professional healthcare environment.
This is an on-site, in-person position with a hospital-based imaging department. Ideal for junior-level MRI professionals looking to grow their career in advanced diagnostic imaging.
Compensation:
$51,376 – $66,352 annually
What You’ll Do:
Perform MRI scans according to physician orders and established imaging protocols
Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures
Operate MRI equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining image quality standards
Verify patient identity and explain procedures clearly to patients
Maintain accurate imaging documentation and patient records
Follow all MRI safety guidelines and departmental procedures
Collaborate with Radiologists and healthcare teams to support accurate diagnosis and patient care
What You’ll Bring:
ARRT MRI certification or ARMRIT certification required
Ability to obtain New Mexico MRI state license required
BLS certification required upon hire
Strong communication and patient care skills
Detail-oriented mindset with commitment to imaging quality and patient safety
