Ms/Tele Registered Nurse

Join Our Team as an MS/Tele Registered Nurse – Make a Difference in Patient Care!We are seeking dedicated and highly skilled MS/Tele Registered Nurses to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional nursing care on a specialized rehabilitation floor, caring for patients with brain injuries, stroke, and trauma. Your expertise will help improve patient outcomes and support their journey to recovery in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.Required Skills:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in your state.
• Ability to read and interpret telemetry strips accurately.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work night shifts (4x12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:30).
• Flexibility to float as needed and work on an alternating schedule.
• Experience or familiarity with neuro/rehab units is preferred.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Nursing experience in rehabilitation, neurology, or trauma units.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification or experience.
• Ability to adapt to evolving patient care needs and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of best practices in telemetry monitoring and trauma care.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of recent RN experience in a comparable setting.

Other Requirements:

• Availability for weekend and holiday shifts (every other holiday).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compliant with all licensure, certification, and travel reimbursement policies as applicable.
