You will work closely with our team to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, ensuring seamless IT operations across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve a wide range of IT support requests including hardware, software, and network issues.
- Provide expert guidance and support related to Windows OS, Office 365, and other business applications.
- Maintain accurate documentation and update ticketing systems in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues and ensure rapid resolution.
- Participate in ongoing training and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years experience in IT support or related field.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, and common business applications.
