The successful candidate will:Display a strong desire to learn about the special needs, treatment options, behavioral approaches for the individuals served through in-house education and participation with department staff.Be willing to observe and participate in program functions to gain exposure to services offered.Express an interest in improving assessment, oral and written communication, and engagement skills.Have the ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality and adhere to program regulations, policies, and procedures.
