Job Summary: Tryfacta is seeking a MT/MLT for our client in Lincoln, ME 04457. This is a 13 weeks contract assignment. Position Title: MT/MLT Location: Lincoln, ME 04457 Duration: 13 weeks Work Schedule: Days, 3x12-Hour Shifts Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: " Perform laboratory testing and analysis with accuracy and efficiency " Conduct Blood Bank testing and maintain proper documentation " Perform phlebotomy procedures proficiently " Handle microbiology duties including gram stains, planting cultures, and blood cultures " Follow all COVID regulations including PPE and isolation protocols " Maintain compliance with safety and infection control standards " Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff " Prioritize workload efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment " Work independently when required " Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as needed To be considered for this position, you should have: [Skills, Education, or Experience] " Current active state license required " BLS/BCLS certification required " ASCP/AMT certification required " Minimum 2 years of experience preferred " Must have graduated from an approved MT/MLT program " Strong communication, organizational, and laboratory skills " Experience with CPSI/Evident EMR preferred
