Join the City of South Jordan as a Part-Time Mulligans Shift Lead – Caddie Shack Grill!
Are you a customer service pro who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy leading a team and ensuring great guest experiences? The City of South Jordan is hiring a Part-Time Mulligans Shift Lead – Caddie Shack Grill to oversee food service operations and golf facility needs at Mulligans Golf & Games.
What You'll Do:
- Lead part-time staff in customer service, facility operations, and food service during evening and weekend shifts
- Ensure smooth operations by managing food preparation, handling transactions, and overseeing shift duties
- Greet and assist guests, answer questions, and provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness of the Caddie Shack Grill, pro shop, restrooms, and outdoor areas
- Handle cash, credit card, and check transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Prepare and cook food, including frying and grilling, while ensuring health and safety standards are met
- Restock and manage inventory of restaurant supplies, condiments, and kitchen essentials
- Resolve guest concerns and respond to inquiries, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor
- Assist in facility maintenance and safety by monitoring grounds, retrieving golf balls, and operating the Range Tractor
Who You Are:
- At least 16 years old, with six (6) months of experience in customer service or a related field
- A strong leader – able to direct staff and take initiative during shifts
- Great with people – friendly, helpful, and able to resolve customer concerns
- Able to multitask – balancing food prep, facility operations, and customer service
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Certified in food handling or willing to obtain a Food Handler's Permit before hire
