Multi-Craft Technician (Hvac, Plumbing, Electrical)

Multi-Craft Technician (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical) Must be licensed in NC in HVAC, Plumber or Electrical Sylva, NC Peak Technical has a need for a Multi-Craft Technician with a strong background in HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical. This is a permanent hire opportunity with outstanding pay and benefits + company vehicle. Preference is for someone who is licensed in one or more of these disciplines. In addition, our Client has an extremely lucrative SPIFF program in place for the Multi-Craft Technician that is one of the most competitive in the area. Perfect for the "Jack of All Trades " or "Handyman " who has licenses in these fields.

JOB SUMMARY

This position performs service, repair, installation and maintenance on HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical systems in a residential and light commercial setting.

JOB DUTIES

• Services, maintains, and repairs residential and light commercial HVAC systems, Plumbing and Electrical.
• Determines general condition of HVAC systems, and can troubleshoot HVAC malfunctions and determine extent of necessary repairs
• Troubleshoot, repair, diagnose and install plumbing and electrical systems and fixtures.
• Always maintains a neat work area and inspects that area for cleanliness after completion of each job
• Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
• Wears floor savers while in the client's home
• Maintains company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and the outside

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have prior, successful experience as a Technician in the HVAC industry and solid background in Electrical and Plumbing.
• Must display strong communication skills and technical competence
• Clean driving record
