Job Description
Lead Multifamily ProjectsManage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final completion. Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall project execution. Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, subcontractors, and project stakeholders. Lead subcontractor coordination, procurement, and project planning efforts. Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Partner with estimating and preconstruction teams to ensure successful project delivery. Identify risks, solve challenges, and proactively drive project outcomes. Maintain strong relationships with repeat clients and project partners. They will have a strong understanding of construction processes, schedules, budgets, and contracts, and the ability to effectively communicate with owners, subcontractors, and internal teams. They will also have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and a relationship-driven mindset with a passion for delivering quality projects.Ideal backgrounds include multifamily project managers, assistant project managers ready for the next step, and PMs seeking more ownership and visibility within their organization.What's on offer includes a 130-150k base salary + bonus, industry-leading employee retention: over a decade of average retention, and a stable project pipeline backed by decades of repeat client relationships.
