Hotel discounts and additional perksDELVE DEEPER INTO THIS JOBThe role includes regular local travel to support sales efforts, property visits, business development activities, and community engagement.In this highly visible leadership role, you'll create and execute sales strategies tailored to the Point of the Mountain and Silicon Slopes markets while driving occupancy, average rate, and overall revenue performance across multiple hotels. You'll identify new opportunities in corporate, group, and extended-stay segments, stay informed on local demand trends, and contribute to annual budgeting and revenue planning. Throughout the day, you'll collaborate with General Managers, guide and develop property-level sales teams, establish performance goals, review sales production and pacing reports, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide recommendations to company leadership. Proven ability to grow revenue and manage key accounts

Strong understanding of hotel sales metrics, reporting, and performance analysis

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

Ability and willingness to travel locally throughout the market

Preferred Qualifications:Experience overseeing multiple hotel properties, familiarity with major hotel brands such as Marriott or HiltonRevenue management experience or advanced sales training
