Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, and general account management.
Provide information about insurance products and services, explaining coverage options clearly.
Process new business applications and renewals accurately.
Build rapport with clients, ensuring a positive experience with Trophy Insurance Solutions.
Collaborate with the sales team to support customer needs and identify potential opportunities.
RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.
Previous insurance customer service or sales experience required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with office software.
