Job Description
Multi-Line Insurance Producer- Independent Multicarrier Insurance Agency- Base Salary to 60k/year- Georgetown, DE
- Our client, a 25+ year old multicarrier insurance agency, has an immediate need for a Multi-Line Insurance Producer. This is your chance to join an agency and grow a book of business in both commercial and personal lines.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and grow new relationships with commercial and personal line customers.
- Partner with Account Executives on renewal business.
- In addition to the provided leads, you will perform cold calling over the phone and visit local businesses.
Qualifications:
- Valid Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish required.
- 3+ years of experience in a producer role desired.
- Desire to work in sales.
Compensation:
- Base salary in the 45k- 60k/year range, plus commission (12.5% new business)
- Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k
- In-office opportunity.
