Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new business leads through networking, referrals, and outreach.
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
- Manage the full sales cycle from quoting to closing.
- Provide excellent customer service to maintain high retention rates.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details.
Qualifications:
- Active Florida 2-20 General Lines (P&C) License 4-40 license - required
- Prior Property &Casualty sales experience.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment; ability to multi-task.
Compensation: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
