Multi Media Sales ExecutiveThe Munster TImes/ Lee Enterprises. The Munster Times/Lee Enterprises, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Multi Media Sales Executive to join our team. Compensation: Competitive base salary plus commission and bonus opportunities.
Position SummaryThe Multi Media Sales Executive is responsible for driving digital-first, multi-platform revenue growth for local accounts. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic marketing solutions and delivering results for clients.
Primary Functions & Duties:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and outreachGrow revenue by developing and closing new accounts while expanding existing relationshipsRe-engage accounts and uncover new opportunities for growthConduct in-depth client needs assessments using research and discovery techniquesDevelop and manage a consistent sales pipeline to support long-term successCollaborate with internal teams to build customized, results-driven marketing solutionsPresent proposals and recommendations clearly and persuasivelyEnsure client expectations are met by working closely with client success and support teamsIdentify opportunities to upsell based on client goals and campaign performanceMonitor and optimize campaigns to align with client objectives and ROI expectations

Education and/or Experience:College degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidates with experience in media sales or alternative business development preferred.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:Maintains a valid driver's license. Must provide insured means of personal transportation for use during work hours.
