Multi-Site Leasing Consultant - AMLI 900 & AMLI Lofts | Chicago, IL

AMLI Residential is currently hiring a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic team in Chicago! This unique opportunity offers the chance to work across two premier downtown communities-AMLI 900 and AMLI Lofts-supporting leasing operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to a vibrant residential experience.

As a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant, you will:

• Support leasing efforts and resident relations at both AMLI apartment communities

• Provide a high level of customer service to prospective and current residents.

• Assist with tours, application processing, and lease execution.

• Coordinate with the onsite teams to maintain a consistent and professional leasing experience across both communities.

• Contribute to resident events, social media marketing, and outreach efforts.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of each property's features, availability, and pricing.

What we're looking for:

• Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work seamlessly across multiple locations.

• A positive, team-oriented attitude and commitment to providing excellent service.

• Comfortable working Saturdays and a flexible schedule, as required.
