Join the TGA Premier Sports Family!

Hey there! Are you passionate about sports and love working with kids? TGA Premier Sports is looking for enthusiastic and friendly Multi Sport Instructors to join our team on the Westside! As a coach, you will have the chance to work with small groups of children, teaching them various sports skills while fostering teamwork, confidence, and a love for physical activity.

At TGA, we believe in a positive approach, using encouragement and a low child-to-coach ratio to help every child shine! Our time-tested curriculum has been designed specifically to cater to the developmental needs of children, ensuring they not only learn but have a blast while doing it!

This position is perfect for part-time workers, retirees, students, stay-at-home parents, or anyone with a flexible schedule who wants to give back to the community. If you have experience in sports like Tennis, Golf, Pickleball, or Football, we want to hear from you!

Class schedules typically run Monday through Friday between 2pm and 6pm, so it’s great for those looking for flexible work!

Compensation starts at $21 an hour after completing the coach test, with opportunities for higher pay based on your experience – up to $25! Possibility of higher rates based on expertise.

Requirements

A passion for making a positive impact on children through sports!
Strong sports knowledge – tennis, golf, pickleball, or football experience preferred!
Reliable transportation to various school and park locations.
Excellent communication skills to interact with kids and parents.
Punctuality is key; we need you there for the kiddos!
Ability to work solo and as part of a team.
