About the Role
We are hiring Limited X-Ray Technologists (LMRT/BXMO) for full-time Multi-Tech roles within urgent care centers across Miami-Dade. This position combines limited radiography with hands-on clinical support, including intake, vitals, documentation, labs, and assisting providers with procedures. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment without overnight hospital shifts, this is an excellent long-term fit.
Responsibilities
Perform limited radiography: extremities, chest, spine
Adhere to radiation safety and proper equipment operation
Conduct patient intake, vitals, and triage
Prepare and clean exam rooms between patients
Assist with specimen collection (swabs, urine, rapid tests)
Perform CLIA-waived point-of-care tests
Maintain patient records and update EMR
Support providers during clinical procedures
Maintain a clean and stocked clinical environment
Ensure patient flow efficiency throughout the day
Communicate clearly with patients and team members
Deliver exceptional customer service in a busy setting
Requirements
Active Florida LMRT/BXMO license
Current BLS certification
Reliable, professional, and punctual
Ability to work full-time on a 4x10 or 3x12 schedule
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Experience in urgent care, outpatient, or family practice preferred
