Project Manager

A Buffalo mixed use builder needs a Project Manager in Buffalo. Local work and full benefits including PTO, 401k, bonus, medical.

Job Description

Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to budgets and timelines. Oversee procurement of materials and manage project resources efficiently. Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Communicate project updates and status to stakeholders and management. Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the construction process. Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation and reports.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Project Manager should have: Experience with managing construction projects in the property industry. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, teams, and contractors. Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
