Job Description
We're seeking a Project Manager to join a major mixed‑use multifamily development currently entering its next construction phase. You'll oversee Buildings 2 and 4 as the team moves through complex transfer‑slab work, with future phases continuing into Buildings 5 and 6.
Client Details
A well‑established developer and builder with a strong track record in large‑scale urban mixed‑use projects. The team is structured, collaborative, and quality‑driven, with a clear multi‑phase plan already underway.
Description
- Manage day‑to‑day operations for major multifamily structures within a $300M development.
- Coordinate field progress such as forming, cable dropping, mat pours, and upcoming slab completion.
- Support planning and execution for upcoming phases
- Ensure schedule, safety, quality, and cost management across all assigned scopes.
- Collaborate directly with the PX, VP, and site leadership through a structured three‑step interview and alignment process.
Profile
- ~10 years of construction experience with strong tenure in large multifamily projects.
- Has worked as a Project Manager for several years (does not need to be senior‑level).
- Confident overseeing complex structural sequencing and multi‑phase build‑outs.
- Strong communicator comfortable interfacing with executive‑level leaders.
- Salary up to $150K, depending on experience
