Project ManagerLead on-site delivery of multifamily construction projects ($30M+) Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance Run OAC meetings and oversee RFIs and project documentation Coordinate pay applications and financial tracking Partner with internal teams to ensure quality and timely delivery

Known for high-profile mixed-use and multifamily developments, the company offers a collaborative, hands-on environment with a "largest small company" feel and long-term stability.A successful Project Manager should have: 3+ years of project management experience in construction Proven track record on multifamily or similar large-scale projects Strong ability to manage budgets, timelines, and teams Hands-on, proactive approach with attention to detail Self-starter who works effectively in lean team environments
Salary: $110,000-$160,000 + bonus 3 weeks PTO and performance-based bonus Stable, well-funded project pipeline Collaborative, non-corporate team culture
