Successfully lead construction projects valued over $20MDelivering on time and within budge projects for mutlifamily clients across IndianapolisCreate and maintain the master schedule
Assist in preconstruction planning
Oversee a Project Engineer and delegate tasks
Work alongside Superintendent and subcontractors to deliver successful projects

MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantThe Successful Applicant7-10+ years of experience working on multifamily projectsBS Degree in relevant field required.Land development experience preferred.Demonstrated ability to direct, organize, and communicate with people of all levels and personalities.Ability to read and understand contracts, blueprints, construction project schedules, and scopes of work.Ability to successfully manage moderately complex projects from preconstruction stage to completion.Experience working on projects ground up & valued over $20M (minimum requirement).Experience managing budget, schedule, logistics, etc.Ground-up wood frame multi-family experience required.Familiarity with ProcoreWhat's on OfferWhat's on Offer for the Project ManagerBase salary: $120k-130K, based upon experience
