Confidential Opportunity

GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a multifamily-focused general contractor growing in New Mexico. The company is adding a Multifamily Superintendent to its team in Albuquerque, NM. This is an urgent, high-priority opening.

The Role

Focus: Multifamily superintendent experience, strong established local trade relationships, and a polished, client-facing presence.

Responsibilities

Run multifamily and townhome communities including amenities and site work
Run day-to-day field operations, safety and quality on site
Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and self-performed crews
Maintain the project schedule, daily reports and site logistics
Build strong relationships with owners, inspectors and trade partners

Requirements

Multifamily superintendent experience, strong established local trade relationships, and a polished, client-facing presence.
Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
Strong communication and leadership skills
Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
