Job Title: Foreclosure Attorney

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Foreclosure Attorney to manage a high-volume caseload while delivering exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will have strong legal research, writing, and communication skills, along with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a proactive professional who can handle foreclosure matters efficiently while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and prioritize a high-volume foreclosure caseload from inception through resolution
Draft, review, and file legal pleadings, motions, and related documentation
Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal foreclosure laws and procedures
Communicate regularly with clients regarding case updates and strategy
Utilize client systems, email, and phone communications effectively
Maintain accurate case records and documentation
Provide strategic legal advice and problem-solving support
Meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active membership in good standing with the State Bar Association
Ability to manage and prioritize a high-volume caseload
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent client service and relationship management skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing high-volume foreclosure caseloads
Prior experience handling foreclosure cases and interacting with clients
Familiarity with legal client management systems
Strong proficiency in email and phone communication workflows
